I live in Westbrook, Maine and really enjoy the area and I love the state of Maine. I have been painting for about 20 years. I have a passion for local scenery landscapes, nautical creatures, and superimposed florals as well as an occasional pet. I’m happiest on a long walk with my golden doodles who reside with my husband and I and two children. I love spending time at Acadia National Park, Maine’s beaches, and right at home.
In addition to being an acrylic artist, I also have been a practicing hair designer and colorist for almost thirty years. I try to paint daily. I have a very strong background in color theory and I can get a sense of space and balance easily but prefer the impressionistic style as it is full of color but not so serious.
